Also I was about to have to try to get insurance on the house and he told me that my home owners insurance would be lower for having this security system. Something about discounts insurance companies give if you have security systems. Before I signed anything I asked him if I could get this cut off at any time. He told me I could get it cut off at anytime with no penalties.
